REFUND POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The History of Science Society will generally refund sponsorship package purchases if refund is requested via our contact form prior 15 March 2019. All refunds will be subject to a 15% administration fee. The Society reserves the right to grant refunds on a case by case basis. The Society cannot provide refunds on sponsorship packages that include meeting materials when those materials have already gone to production (including but not limited to customized folders and lanyards).
